As an experienced integrative counsellor, I offer both short term, focused support and longer term therapy where deeper patterns can be explored over time. Since completing my degree at the University of Gloucestershire in 2017, I have worked with a wide range of people facing challenges including addiction, trauma, problematic behaviour, PTSD, EUPD, and complex mental health difficulties.

This space is not just about getting through difficult periods, but about real change taking place. It can include making sense of patterns that keep repeating, experiences that still carry weight, or emotions that have been hard to put into words. There is no pressure to rush, but over time many people find a greater sense of clarity, stability, and movement in their lives.

A space to talk things through with someone outside your day to day life. Somewhere you can speak openly, without judgement. People often bring trauma, patterns they feel stuck in, or things that are hard to put into words. It doesn't need to be clear from the start. What you bring is up to you - no pressure, no set direction. Things can be spoken about as they come, in your own time.

Recovery Coaching

The practical side of my work focuses on drug and alcohol use. For when things feel messy or hard to manage. Whether you are still using trying to stop or stuck in the same cycle. The aim is to help you reduce or stop use and make day to day life feel more manageable.

This can include sorting debts booking appointments help with forms building structure and having some accountability. It also makes space for what sits alongside this including mental health without losing sight of the changes you are trying to make. Some people use this on its own others alongside counselling. We just start where you are.

Still Waters

A small weekly meditation group for when things feel stuck or a bit much. We start with a guided meditation, then there's space to sit, reflect, or speak if you want to. No pressure. It's not about fixing anything - just creating some space and seeing what comes up.

Reiki

Usui Reiki Ryoho is a Japanese healing art where practitioners channel universal energy through hands-on or off techniques to promote relaxation, balance, and natural healing. Each one-hour session offers a deeply relaxing spiritual experience - clients frequently report a sense of calm, euphoria, and transformative insight.

Reiki Integrated Psychotherapy

A 1.5 hour session combining talking therapy and Reiki. We begin with talking, followed by Reiki on a massage table, then time to talk through anything that's come up. Sometimes we'll finish with a simple grounding exercise. It's a slower session - useful if things feel hard to put into words or settle. No experience with Reiki needed.

An Integrated Approach

Mind and body are closely linked, and different approaches can offer different ways of understanding and working through what is going on. Talking therapy can help bring clarity to experience, while approaches such as meditation and Reiki based psychotherapy can support a more direct awareness of how this is held in the body.

Rather than relying on a single method, this approach allows space for different ways of working depending on what feels relevant. At times this may involve conversation and reflection, at others it may involve stillness, attention to the body, or energy based work. These are not separate paths, but different ways into the same process.
